Individual Psychotherapy

Individual counselling is a space just for you — a safe, compassionate place to explore what’s on your mind and heart. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, or simply wanting space to reflect and grow, we’ll work together to support your healing and flourishing.

Couples Psychotherapy

Relationships are deeply important — and sometimes deeply challenging. Couples therapy provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen connection, improve communication, and work through difficulties together. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to grow closer, therapy can help you move forward as a team.

Family Psychotherapy

Family relationships can be both a source of strength and of stress. Family therapy offers a safe, neutral space for everyone to be heard and understood, while working together toward healthier patterns and stronger connections. Whether your family is navigating a transition, parenting struggles, illness, or conflict, therapy can help you move forward with more understanding and care.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers a safe, welcoming space for individuals navigating stress, transitions, and the ups and downs of everyday life.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and collaborative. I believe therapy is about walking alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, discover new perspectives, and create meaningful change.

I currently offer both phone and video sessions, with daytime and evening availability.

A Little Bit About Me!:

I’m a Toronto native, now living here with my husband and our dog, Brooklyn. I love staying active, and soccer is a big part of our lives. Family has also always been important to me—I grew up with three siblings and still value time together when we get the chance.

My interest in mental health grew from personal experiences in my teens and early adulthood, which shaped my approach to therapy: grounded in empathy, connection, and support.

My Approach:

As a psychotherapist and former educator, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a thoughtful understanding of how our environments, relationships, and past experiences shape us. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, parenting, perinatal and postpartum changes, chronic illness, and the emotional complexities of caregiving.

Together, we’ll create a collaborative space that’s grounded in your unique needs and pace. My goal is to help you explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and balance.
